Hand-thrown by me, heart-fired by the wind
At Moneyvart Ceramics, my commitment to sustainability is as deeply ingrained as the textures in my pottery. I recognise that creating ceramics is an energy-intensive process, and I am dedicated to minimising the environmental impact of my studio.
Renewable Energy: 100% of the electricity used in my studio, including every kiln firing, is supplied by SSE Airtricity, which generates its power from 100% renewable resources.
Energy Efficiency: I use an electric kiln, which offers precise temperature control and eliminates the direct CO2 emissions associated with traditional combustion-based firing.
Waste & Resource Management: I strive for a closed-loop process by reclaiming and reusing all clay scraps and trimmings.
Mindful Packaging: Every order is shipped using plastic-free, recyclable, or repurposed materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely without costing the Earth.
By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern green energy, I aim to create beautiful, meaningful pieces that stand the test of time.
